A knowledgeable health care staffing executive in New York City, Hazel Kudera leads NYC Healthcare Staffing (NYCHS) as president and CEO. In this capacity, she helps health care facilities in New York and New Jersey connect with highly skilled health care personnel. In addition, she has developed professional contracts with several high-level professionals in the area, including the New York City Board of Education, and gained hands-on knowledge of regulations and government requirements affecting the industry. Thanks to the commitment of Hazel Kudera and her team, NYCHS has become the tri-state area’s premier health care staffing agency.

Prior to this, Ms. Kudera gained experience in the staffing industry as a member of the accounting staffing team at Cebu Mitsumi in the Philippines. She held this position for 6 years following the completion of her bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of San Carlos. During this time, she was responsible for cash management postings and bank reconciliations, assisted income tax income preparation, tax remittances and payroll processing. In addition to this, she held leadership position at P&K of New York before focusing on her current position.

Although Ms. Kudera has largely focused on running her businesses, she has also cultivated several hobbies. A dedicated mother, she cares for three children and is also fond of reading. Specifically, she is a regular consumer of self-help books. She also enjoys taking nature trips.
